The Red Stocking Fund provides Christmas gifts to local children in need in the Ottawa and Streator area. Please use this form to suggest names of children ages 12 and younger. We regret that this fund does not cover the LaSalle or Peru areas.
The Red Stocking Fund Gift Request form will open for gift requests on Wednesday, October 15th, 2025. Please return and visit us again soon!

Wrap Presents
If you’d like to help wrap presents, this will take place prior to delivery day (Saturday, December 13). For more details, please contact Becky Keene (815-252-9962).
Deliver Presents
Gift delivery takes place on Saturday, December 13th at 8:00am. Please drive to the Elks Club building (116 W. Jefferson Street, Ottawa, IL) and be ready to make some kids smile!
